Once an order is fulfilled on Yakkyofy, its tracking number will be automatically transferred to your Storeden store.
Since Storeden automatically sends an email to your customer once the tracking number is available, and considering that for its main shipping methods Yakkyofy does provide both the international tracking number and the last mile tracking number, you will be able to choose which one to send.
To choose between the international tracking number and the last mile tracking number you should follow these steps:
- access your Yakkyofy settings by clicking on your name at the upper right corner of the screen
- click on “Settings”
- Select only “Send tracking numbers via email automatically “ if you would like to send the international tracking number, or select both “Send tracking numbers via email automatically” and “Show only last mile tracking” if you would like to send the last mile tracking number as shown in the image below:
Once done, the selected tracking number will be automatically sent to your customers by your Storeden store for all your future orders.
Note - Please do consider that while the international tracking number will be immediately available as soon as the order is fulfilled and shipped. However, it might take a few days before the last mile tracking number will become available and you will only be able to track it once the local
forwarder has the parcel.
