Yes, we can also ship with Premium Special Line that delivers in 3 - 8 business days or with DHL.
By default, our system doesn’t use DHL and Premium Special Line because these two service are express lines and so more expensive.
If you want to use Premium Special Line of all the order shipping in countries where this service is available click on the Personal Account > Settings Tab and under Shipping Plan select Premium Special Line, then click Update.
If you want to use DHL, visit the Orders > Dropshipping page, search for the order you are looking for, click Action and then DHL.
If the order has not been paid yet, the shipping method will simply be changed to DHL.
If the order has already been paid, the order will be automatically canceled and refunded and a new order with DHL as shipping method will be created. In this case, however, you have to pay for this new order again.
You cannot change the shipping method if the status of the order is already “processing” or “fulfilled”.
