When the item received is incorrect or damaged, the customer must contact us within 7 days of the delivery with photos or a video that show the problem with the item 

Yakkyofy will evaluate the situation and may offer a reship of a new item or a refund. Generally, the customer does not need to return the damaged/incorrect item unless it has a high value in which case, we may ask the customer to return it.

 

Note: Due to different batches of the products, the item may come from different production lots, and the item logo or packaging received may vary from previous shipments or from the photos displayed on our App or website. If the physical appearance or the functions of the product are correct, they will not be eligible for a free reshipment

 

 

All customers must contact Yakkyofy for approval before sending or returning any item to us. Yakkyofy will not be responsible for the returned item without prior  acceptance from Yakkyofy.
