If you have an order on your store and you don’t find it on Yakkyofy, there are only two possibilities:

  1. the order hasn’t been paid yet. Until the order is unpaid on your store, it will not appear on the Yakkyofy dashboard. So, for example, if there is an order on Woocommerce that is pending, it will not appear on Yakkyofy.

  2. you are selling an item or a variant that you didn’t import from Yakkyofy. Yakkyofy only tracks the order of the products that you directly import from our dashboard.
