If you need to update your account details like name, phone number, or address, you need to click your account name in the top-right corner of your dashboard.


At this point your will see three tabs:


  1. The Profile Tab: to change your personal information and consents

  2. The Billing Tab: to change your billing information

  3. The Settings Tab: to change software settings like shipping plan, activate deactivate your eWallet, etc…


If you need to change your password, just click the forgot password button under the login form and follow the instructions there.
